You may try a demonstration version of the Compass360
software. This allows you to register yourself online,
complete a questionnaire about yourself, enter the email
addresses of one or more colleagues you would like feedback
from and view a personal monitor page showing who has rated
you so far. The system will send out email messages to
your colleagues, with a unique coded link to a questionnaire,
inviting them to rate you.
A feedback report can be generated after completing the
Self questionnaire and at least one other. Alternatively
for the purpose of this demonstration you can register
online and complete your Self questionnaire, then enter
you own email address as a rater and complete a second
questionniare under a different name in order to generate
a feedback report.
The questionnaire is an extract from our general management
'Compass Competency Model' which is available on the system
as an example model, or as a template for developing your
own models if required.
