Group
4 Securicor use Compass360 as an integral part of their
annual Executive Appraisal and Development Review process
for managers in their businesses around the world. The
organisation's leadership competencies have been identified
and specified to reflect and express the group's values.
Each competency area is described by a number of key behaviours
that managers should strive to demonstrate if they are
to be effective high performers in senior roles in the
businesses.
Group 4 Securicor use the 'self-managed' version of Compass360
where managers register on the company's customised site
to instigate their own 360 degree feedback survey. They
are then able to monitor the progress of their survey and
generate a feedback report when all of their respondents
have completed the questionnaire. The report is then used
as the basis for discussion at a review meeting with their
'line manager', and the essential elements of a development
plan for the next twelve months can be agreed.
