National Health Services Personnel (NHSP)

NHSP use Compass360 in many NHS Trusts in the UK covering a wide range of different areas of work and grades of people. One such recent area was in Public Health and targeted 45 staff ranging from Directors of Public Health to Public Health Analysts. This exercise was designed to look at the skills they already have and to identify the skills needed as teams as well as individuals.

NHSP also use Compass360 in Development Centres for senior managers and HR staff around the country, using the system to identify strengths and development needs.
