The system send emails automatically
to both reviewer and reviewee as
each section is completed.
Once the 360 is complete the competency bar
charts and rater comments feed through to the
PDR. Reviewer and reviewee can agree Overall
ratings. Link now available to view or print
full 360 feedback report.
Multiple 360 feedback framework questionnaires can
be held in the PDR and users select the framework
relevant to their role in the personal information
section.
Section 4
Objectives
Reviewer and reviewee can
agree and submit this section at the PDR meeting
or at another time
Using the Show feature both reviewer
and reviewee can independently enter draft
objectives and comments to be discussed and
agreed then submitted to the PDR. The reviewee
can choose to show their PDR to other senior
managers or colleagues using the
Share feature.
Section 5
Interim PDRs
Initiated by the reviewer or reviewee adding
comments or new draft objectives to discuss and
submit
Interim reviews can be initiated and recorded
throughout the year to update or revise objectives
as required
New Cycle
(next year's PDR)
The next PDR cycle
begins and reviewer and reviewee have access to
both the new and the previous year PDR with
objectives brought forward into the new cycle
The PDR report can be viewed or printed at any
stage in the process. Previous cycle reports
can also be viewed.
