Mike is the founding director of Compass Performance Management Ltd and is responsible for the marketing, sales and distribution of all products and services. Debbie Cook

Debbie has worked in the training and development field since 1988. As a qualified member of the Institute of Personnel and Development and the Institute of Management, Debbie has a thorough practical knowledge of HR functions. Most of her previous roles have focussed on client service, training support and administration.

Steve Alexander

Steve is the major programming talent behind Compass. With a first class degree in Computer Science and software engineering, he is currently working for South African millionnaire Mark Shuttleworth.

Programmers of Vilnius is the company developing and providing technical support for Compass360 and other Compass products.

Albertas Agejevas

Managing Director of Programmers of Vilnius.

Holds an MSc in Computer Science from Vilnius University. Thesis subject was "Extreme programming software process", 2002. Holds a BSc in Computer Science from Vilnius University, 2000.

Spoken Languages: Fluent in English, Lithuanian and Russian.

Marius Gedminas

Holds a BSc in Computer Science from Vilnius University, finished in 2002.

Holds an MSs in Computer Science from Vilnius Gediminas Technical University, 2001. Thesis subject was "The problems of 3D metallic constructions junctions' parameterization and specifications' management".

Holds BSc in Computer Science from Vilnius Gediminas Technical University, 1999.
