CompassTeam
The CompassTeam online system provides
a team with feedback about its performance within the organisation.
Team members can compare their own views about the team's
performance with those of other teams that either work
with them directly, or come into contact with as internal/
external colleagues, customers or suppliers. The CompassTeam
feedback report will show strengths and development areas
and a development action plan can be agreed to improve
team performance.
The process:
An appropriate competency framework against which the
subject team's performance can be rated is agreed. This
may be based on a competency framework already designed
for individual 360 feedback within the organisation or
a generic CompassTeam Competency Model is available to
use or edit.

Team members individually complete questionnaires
on how they rate their team's performance. Results
are averaged for the feedback report bar charts. |

Questionnaires are sent out to individuals in other
rater teams that interact with the subject team. One
member of the team, or a nominated administrator, sends
out email messages containing a single URL link directly
to identified individuals or to other team leaders/managers
to circulate within their teams. |

Raters will identify themselves into the rater team
categories listed before completing their questionnaires.
The subject team's administrator will have access to
a monitor webpage to track progress on questionnaire
completion and generate the feedback report when required. |
